BANCHORY LAWN TENNIS CLUB 

Court Priority

Court priority, as detailed in the Regulations, is defined as follows:

1. CLUB SESSIONS
   
   Seniors only to play.
   
   Invited experienced juniors may fill gaps until other senior members arrive. On arrival of seniors, juniors are allowed to finish the short set. Where seniors are waiting to play juniors are not to be invited to make up a group.
   
   
2. SENIOR TIMES OUTWITH CLUB SESSIONS
   
   Seniors only.
   
   Juniors can use spare courts until other seniors arrive. If this happens juniors should finish a short set or a maximum of 20 minutes, whichever is the shortest.
   
   
3. JUNIOR PRIORITY TIMES
   
   Juniors only.
   
   At these times a senior playing with a junior has equal priority.
   
   
4. MATCH NIGHTS
   
   On nights when matches are being played.
   
   Senior members only can play on a vacant court, with the agreement of the players still playing in the match. Players playing next to a match are responsible for ensuring that the balls being used in their game do not get mixed with the balls being used in the matches.
